REGENR8 Pulsed Photobiomodulation Unit with 1 x Red/Orange LED Panel

We offer a Limited Liability Warranty for 12mths on our products.  It covers defects or faults in electronic components, it does not cover damages incurred from misuse, using the device contrary to how is indicated, overheating, wetting or dropping the unit or any components or cracking the LED perspex covers or abuse of the product.  For warranty issues you need to email us and notify us of the issue with the unit, we will require you to return it to us for assessment.  We will notify you on inspection if the issue is covered by the Limited Liability Warranty and if not a quote will be given to repair the unit.  If you do not wish to proceed with the repair the unit will be returned to you as long as it is safe and not deemed hazardous.  See the warranty information in the Manual.

Units can be shipped and price varies depending on your location. Currently we are only shipping within Australia using "Australia Post - Parcel Post Service" (2+ days delivery) with Signature and Tracking.  We also insure the product during transit. All units are packaged well and due to insurance they will not be left at the address unless signed for.  If you are not at home at the time of delivery the item will be taken to your local post office.

Please note that we do not mass produce the REGENR8 Pulsed Photobiomodulation Units and keep very limited stock at all times.  This can result in some delays in product availability and there may be times when some slight changes to the appearance of the unit will be unavoidable, this will not however change the effectiveness of the device.  We will contact you once you have purchased your unit to indicate when we expect your unit to be ready for shipping.
